Redesign of the SPAR app
Together with my colleagues in the Experience Design team at Dagrofa, we redesigned and rebranded the Loyalty app for the SPAR retail chains in Denmark. This was part of larger, commercial rebranding effort by to lift SPAR's image in the eyes of the consumer and create more awareness around the brands qualities.
SPAR Re-imagined
While the rebranding kept original logo, bold new colors and fonts had been chosen. I adapted this across all content in the app, including loyalty, recipes and self-scanning and adjusted our internal design system.
In-store and outstore
The brand had to fit closely with redesigned newsletters, shop signage and interiors. Therefore we worked close with brand stakeholders to make sure the app fit the new tone.
New moves
To match the new tone and feel I established a new language of motion design through illustrations, splash screens and icons. The goal was to expand the rebranding beyond simple stylistic changes and impact the users general perception of motion.
